The worst ever Post Office ever seen in terms of service; Mails are not delivered to the addresses and getting accumulated at Office itself and when questioned, the Post Office answers that we will have go there, search our respective mails from the heap, collect & go. A classic representation of Govt. Office where jobs are protected. If we write to Customer compliants section , the same is just forwarded to the Post Office and there ends the matter
