Sunil SaraswatOne word "Pethetic" , there is no match of cost and the service . In emergency ward pillow cover was torn , bed sheet had stains . In the highest cost suit we have to ask for toilet paper , call bell , Glass for drinking water , sheets were not cleaned . Wall has stains , no properly painted . Third class quality of the storage cabinet . Bathroom stinking and room is saffocating and this I am writing about the room which costliest . I think the lower cost room are better than that in the same hospital. If you have insurance or someone else taking care of your payment and there is no other options than only go to this place. I have no complaints about the doctors.

Nabendu AcharjeeThe services provided by the hospital is definitely good but it is almost 6 months that the hospital is failing to refund the deposit. Have written mails several times and have spoken over the phone, but of no use. Very unprofessional desk staff who talk very rudely and keep passing the buck either to the desk officer or the accounts and ask for repeated visits and each time you meet a new person and repeat the entire episode. 王仲博Fortis is very professional hospital. Dr. Rajesh is also with remarkable medical skills. All the sisters are very nice. I was carefully nursed by them. Only suggestion is to shorten the discharge process which somewhere have unnecessary and long approvals.
