sanjay vyasWorst experience ever, dont go for them. they will tell you that there is no brokerage but will adjust the same amount from deposit money on the name of paint and cleaning. Better to take references of Reputed agents from Office colleagues or your past experience.

Kumud Choukseyits worst PG ever in my life. In starting phase during deposit they talk very nicely bt never provide all facilities to anyone. in my case they didnt gave bed for starting 1.5 month, almera for 2 months, tv for 4 months and in every month wi-fi gets disable atlest for 8 days and when you complained about it they shout like hell and says Its not our responsibilities. Real face of comfort homes you will see at the time of leaving PG and deposite return. Overall they don’t want to return your deposit so they start irritating you, if u go office you have to wait 1 or 2 hour to come the owner then they will say come tommorw n all. So finally they want u leave their pg without takin deposit but still u go for deposite again n again they start talking in loud voice, tell u to took every months recipt(if u don’t hav they will nt return deposit) then if u ever gave rent 1 day late only they will cut according to 100rs/day*But not add for those emmunities which they provided 1/2 months late* and cut many extra charges.so finaly all deposit is gone.so I would not suggest anyone to go here.
