    The broadband rates are pretty cheap along with good internet speed options. Maintenance and service is also decent. Sometimes, there are issues in connectivity but are resolved within specified time.

    I would like to share my personal experience with Dvois SSV mumbai because i am using it since 3 years. this ISP gives great speed and customer support is also good.. keep it up guys :)

    worst customer service ever. i got my subscription on 1st of july since then i have been calling and been giving complaint atleast 20 times now no solution found till now , i went to the branch office atleast 1 and hour back she told me that she will send a technitian in half an hour no clue of the technitian till now very disappointed , i need a refund. plzz dont subscribe here if u dont want additional problems in your life.

    One of the worst when it comes to customers service and when you face issues with connections. You will be called and reminded several times before plan expires, but wont give a f*** after you subscribe. I am facing connectivity issues past 48 Hrs and no resolution yet. Not to mention their hold up time of 20 min plus when you call them. Planning to cancel the subscription and claim refund for remaining months. Wish there was a system for negative ratings.
