asif ansariPathetic service.... cheating customers like anything...internet down from past 4 days and daily registering the complaint but no one from their office have came for visit or anyone called so far but the complaint has been closed from their side however the internet is still down.....wen they want to renew then they will call you several times in a day but now they dont have time to look into the service.... pathetic service and should never take this internet service...... they are cheaters

Dr. Neha BaranwalVery poor internet connectivity. I had a line of 1 mbps but getting speed bw 256-512. When i called to customer care, first it took 30 mints to reach to them(waiting and waiting), and it was the story all the time. When i spoke to them they were rude, and after registring the complain no obe came to fix the issue. One morw thing on weekend if you are fortunate then only yoy will get internet. The service is pathetic, they are just looting our money

BENSON DANIELone of the best net provider in airoli with the least problems face with cheapest package price. its a big company so any problems faced they fix it real quick especially monsoon when fibers or wire gets cut normally wen need to pay if it happens because of tree fall in our area, here that is also free. As a user from past 6 years , ifeel this is the best internet service provider.
