I agree with other people with negative feedback. i personally experienced the rude attitude of staff at counters. They should at least understand the customer value after all its because of the customers the bank is running. Now they gave me a strong reason not to go forward with ICICI Bank henceforth.

Bank is good time also extended to 8pm but due to this after 5pm crowd is more all service staff coming to transfer so little bit busy also located in vashi main area highway so more people coming. So request to bank please improve counter service.

I have newly opened account in ur branch before opening account staff talk nicely & after dat i have come to know they giving fake commitment and ignoring customer after opening the account what its mean after opening account no respect for customers really thats not good coz ur staff openly deny what they have committed to customer & directly say if u want to close your account you can take form now and close it really its very disrespect they are spoiling ICICI Bank name plz look in diz matter humble request to you coz i know your services is best thats why I have opened here & all diz happening very wrong.............
