FACITILTY & INFRASTRUCTURE: A small dingy place without proper ventilation, people who have lung disorders are coughing in a small space... highly probable one might contract an airborne disease while seeking consulatation. However, the equipments for testing seem up-to-date. SUPPORT STAFF: Excepting the trainee/nurse with glasses (who seemed very hands-on), the other staff exhibited major attitude problem and no concern for personal/medical higene. We were waiting and saw the trainee/nurse named Komal enter the office, took off the shoes with hands in a Mumbai rainy day and went straight to attending patients i.e. prepping for allergy test - no water in washroom and no hand sanitizer usage! Another trainee/nurse dropped the spirit soaked cotton on the floor, picked it up to continue scrubbing the arm of a patient, who was just pricked by allergents (4 x 13) 52 times in that area. DOCTOR: Dr. Patil was very professional, spent time listening to the problems and concerns. Explained the outcomes of the tests. Pretty much, what one expects of a specialist. Please note, this is a review of a facility and not an assessment of a physician.
