We had a very good experience with Hallmark Waterproofing people. They are thorough professionals and do their job sincerely. Our society had a problem with our overhead water tank which was dripping from the bottom at several places and seeping through the columns supporting it. We consulted many water proofing contractors all of whom gave a similar solution to the problem i.e breaking the tank flooring and waterproofing it and re plastering which would have meant emptying the tank for at least a week thus cutting off water supply to the residents. I came across Hallmark Waterproofing solutions while browsing the net for alternate methods and liked their concept of working without disturbing the water supply. The technique itself is modern and very convincing. We engaged them for the job which they completed to our satisfaction. We have not faced any problem for the last 4 years. Our house was under construction n the overhead 12000 litre tank just constructed was found with large honeycomb formation at all joints with the base slab, a sure source of leakage forever. Without repairing the honeycombs the tank was filled and water leaked out from at least 50 points. Hallmark took up this job and injected from all the 50+ points to stop the leak points. Thereafter once again the tank was filled n NIL leakage was observed. Only after this treatment the outside plaster n top slab constructed. Now it is 4+ years and there has been on complaints on the leakage front. Over a period I have found this injection treatment more cost effective than traditional methods used.

My flat on 6th floor had severe leakage from the 7th floor flat. The problem continued for several years. After several attempts by local vendors i finally gave job to Hall mark. Without breaking of the bathrooms of the flat on 7th floor, the job was done by M/s Hall mark using special chemicals and techniques for waterproofing Each wash room took about two days. The leakage reduced immediately next day and in 40 days time leakage stopped totally. At a very reasonable cost the problem was addressed. Very professional team and has done the job perfectly. First time i saw some one giving guarantee for repairs. The workmanship and commitment to timings were adhered to by the company. The workers who worked were humble and polite. Strongly recommend to utilize the expertise of this company is you are facing leakage problem from the floor above your flat.
