Aditya RaoGood place to relax. The property is big and surrounded by greenery. Has a swimming pool, and kids play area. Best thing about the resort is the delicious food(lunch, dinner, breakfast) which is included in package and has a fixed menu with dessert and is unlimited. You can order other than the fix menu but that is chargeable. The deluxe ac rooms are spacious and well maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. One thing to note however if you are looking for a resort that opens right on the beach, then this is not the place. The beach is about 5-10 mins walk. And you could lose your way if it is night time.

Salil NatekarLocated near Kelva beach, Ya Niwant is a decent budget property. Well maintained with helpful staff. Food quality is average. Garden area is small but nice. One can also choose to take dinner at Garden area. There is a swimming pool but nothing great to talk about it. Unfortunately when we visited, swimming pool was closed for maintenance. The beach is around 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall a good place for relaxation on short weekend trip.
