Stayed at this hotel from 19th May to 21st May with family 1. Location :- Location of the hotel is approx. 1.5Km from Main market. Quite difficult to find as there are no proper signboard and very narrow road from city. If you have own car they it will be good place for you. 2 About Hotel :- Ambiance of the hotel is good, I have booked premium suite. The room is good and very comfortable but there are some maintenance issues such as no proper locks to the room, Washroom is clean but Flush not working, Bathtub amenities such as Jacuzzi is not working, No hot water ( Only little Warm Water is there) Jim equipment are not working properly. in game zone there are only Chess, Table Tennis and carom board 3 About Hotel Staff and Services :- The hotel staff are very polite and always ready to help. Room services are very good. Only one thing is about room cleaning staff that they work very slowly as we have to wait about half hour as the cleaning work is not done though we have asked for while going to market 4. About the food served :- We have taken only morning brake fast which is quite good I told all these issues to the manager, he politely admit all and explained that there are some renovation going on and all the issues will be solved very soon. Hope it will happen. Overall the hotel is very good for family couples. I will Definitely recommend this hotel if all the above issue will solved in proper way

Small cozy place. Nice rooms with basic facilities. Good restaurant. The place is small though. In panchagani it is near table land. Reasonable room rent if you go through holiday exchange like DAE. I enjoyed the stay

well placed hotel between the greenery. Away from traffic. Clean premises. Well maintained Garden & Kid play area. Not a single Mosquito found in & out of room. Clean rooms with spacious arrangement. Food quality awesome. good parking area. Worth spending time with friends & family. VALUE FOR MONEY....... Best Wishes!!!!
