Not a very pleasant experience. The Customer care department certainly needs more training on how to handle customers. Next in line is the attitude of the delivery person. Recently, I had booked a cylinder which was delivered but the person took away the bill and also did not make any entry in the delivery book. During festival season the delivery person just assumes that we will tip him and does not return the change. During normal times also, they do not carry change and are very rude when we ask for change.
