This retail deserves a rating of - 5. There is no owner available at this spot neither there is anyone who is responsible after the sales. I have made a cash purchase of a bike for which they had given me false commitments at the time of sale and they had made me visit there shop more than 15 times as they kept on changing their commitment regarding things even after that, they have not provided with the bill of purchase. There is "No One" means NO ONE who will listen to you. As the owner itself is not available. Simran wheels ltd if you reading this please make a note of it !!! Most disgusted service and unethical business Practice !! Neither they have any escalation hierarchy available.
