Deenaz BulsaraActually I would rate them a ZERO star but that indicator is not there. I went to Ruby Tour Services twice. Once to inquire about a Bhutan trip. I was made to sit in front of a travel gentleman who kept talking and talking, not looking at me. In the end at a wait of 15 minutes I just walked out! The second time I approached them for a holiday to Europe, gave all the details, my email, my phone number. A month has passed by - just nothing. Therefore I would rate them a NOTHING! I just hope the management sees this mail and takes action against their employees.
