Anand BaidOur application was filed in 2012 after we paid the full amount. Objection was raised by 3rd party for which we again paid in 2014. From then till now,noone from this company has done any followup to expedite the process. Do not pay before your trademark is registered. I have had a horrible experience with BMC. No one from their company picks up calls. All the attributes of a fraud company. Be Aware.
