Speed is good, service is bad. Everyday it goes down for 1-2 hours. Totally frustrated with it services.

Expect 2-3 days downtime in a month. Speed is okey but the problem starts when internet goes down.. You have to follow up a number of times to get the issue fixed.....

Bad Customer Service. They employ underaged kids to do the job who lie a lot. Hardly turn up for repairs. Have to follow up a lot. But when subscription end, they make sure the keep calling you for recharging. Speed is very fluctuating and inconsistent. They forbid other providers to enter the society, so now the society has taken decision to abandon them because of the crappy service.

Third class Speed, even third class is better i guess than this, for those who expect to work in night forget that you pages will ever open, worst experience, was a mistake signing up for the connection.
