Disappointed in the fact that they did not accept my car just because there was a little area where my dog had pucked and I had cleaned that part my self but needed a wet wash on the matting but I was refused completely on grounds that they are a respectable company and do not take cars with puke and the manager is witness to the fact that It was not a large area and even after offering to take the matting home and wash it myself I was still refused service. I get my car serviced there regularly and they give good service but I was deeply disappointed when they did not accept my car for such a minute reason as their company is a respectable company
