I had dealt with Sonal Ceramics for one design project where i needed the selected tiles on site. Being an architect and design person i have worked closely with management of well known companies like nitco, kajaria or asian. The worst dealership experience i found was with Sonal ceramics. They dont respond, if you call them they keep sharing your phone between the representative rather than fixing the problem. Even the manager/ senior staff is not helpful while complaining about their staff. they will blame you anyways. They dont followup with U, dont care whats ur order status. The only reason i had to deal with them was due to my innocent client. If you dont have such condition. avoid dealing with Sonal Ceramics. Gud luck for your work!
