Terrible experience. The owner took 2-3 weeks to repair the original problem of broken hinge and lost screen display. He said new screen display had to be put since old screen was damaged, and that the hinge was broken and new hinge will be put. However after collecting, there was dirt on the new screen similar to the older screen. Also the original problem of hinge also showed up immediately which he started saying was my fault due to bad practise of opening laptop. New issue of few keyboard keys not working now arose since keyboard was not placed back properly. When asked to repair the badly assembled keyboard the owner started quarrelling that I had broken the keyboard and denied service.
