For me too, I sent the package from Chennai on Jun 6th morning. As per their tracking website, my package has reached them on Jun 8th early morning in their Bavdhan center in Pune. Until Jun 12th, it was not delivered to my home in Pashan area which is hardly 4km from Bavdhan center. I had to call them and pick from their place. Bad service from them. They charged rs.105 for 200gm package.

Worst service, they ask the customer to come and pick up the package from their office. As per tracking the package was lying with them for 4 days. The courier rep was drunk too the way he was talking.
