Anurag TripathiHighly unprofessional, badly managed center. I was told to submit the stool sample before 4.30 PM, in order to get the report on same day. I submitted the sample at 3PM and informed them. but when i went to collect the reports at 8 PM, I got all other reports but not stool test report. they told that sample is not yet collected. and then on further investigation they found out that they MISSED to send the sample. unfortunately it was Saturday evening. On Sunday, their lab was closed and now today i am hoping that i will get the same without any more surprise.. Because of their negligence, i had to cancel my doctor appointment on Saturday. I suggest, no one should visit such a unprofessional centre.
