I had given my Samsung star phone for replacing the touch screen since it was not working they took 4 days to change it and charged me 600 for it. After just 2 days the phone started behaving weird, no control at all and i took it back to them. They said it was a lock key problem and was common during the rains and i had to give it back to them for repair. 300 more bucks spent for that and i got the phone back after 2 days with the battery fully discharged and had to go all the way to another shop to collect it.Also, they had written some notes on the touch screen. Came back home and had to wipe it off with acetone.After 2 days of normal usage the touch screen went completely bad again and i had no option but to use another phone since it became totally unusable.Finally, one fine day my father took it to Mumbai and got the touch screen replaced in Manish Market Mumbai for just Rs 250 which was done in just 5 mins and its working fine since the past 1 month. These guys at the Smart Cafe are absolutely pathetic, I would recommend people to stay away from these guys.
