Anil DagiaExtremely poor sales staff. Trained to give only a standard answer like a robot. Completely unhelpful & refuse to answer any question tht theyhave not received training on nor do they escalate the question to their senior manager or someone better equipped tohandle it. When you phone them, they will hang up the phone without answering your question. They wont even listen to your question. Just not interested in speaking to a customer & understanding what a customer wants & how to solve the customers queries. Why should anyone buy anything from such a shop???!!!!
