Girish SoniIt is frustrating when you missed your flight because of an idiot driver. It was happening to me, when the last time I hired a cab from another agency. As, I had a plan to travel with my family, so I lost approx 34000 on flight tickets. In addition, I have to pay the full taxi bill as mentioned in their app. It is disgusting. By the way, I launched Thus, this time after reading the reviews of Taxi Guru, I had decided to try them for this time. And, trust me, the service which I get from them is much better than a so called app based professional taxi service provider. Even they charged me 400 less than them. Thus, I thought travelers like me need to promote such cab operators. This will help others to get their taxi from the right agency.

Pawan KumarI always believe that the profession is a matter of worship... Thus, I like those who believe the same. I tried this car rental company 3 to 4 times for my trips between Mumbai and Pune. All the time their service was remarkable, as well as their all drivers are decent enough. And during the conversation, they told us about their perks which they get from their job was also a decent amount. This supports my believe that, if a company care for their staff, they will get a better return in terms of good reviews...

Diksha WaniMy previous experience with app based popular taxi service provider was very pathetic. Therefore, this time I had decided to hire a taxi from local cab operator Taxi Guru. And, thankfully my decision was right. Believe me, their service is much better than so called reputed app based car rental company. And most important, their billing system is much more transparent then taxi booking apps.
