its rubbish and the staff is lazy donkeys. Information is not properly conveyed to customer. They simply beat around the bush. communication is not clear. When I took new connection, I had to suffer a lot and make rounds around their office just to understand about the procedure. No specific person to receive the customer. I had bitter experience.
