Staff is well meaning and helpful, but necessarily trained that way. It was only in our second visit, that Dr. Rashmi was available for us and that made the difference. She guided us well, and provided appropriate consultation. Rest of the process of ordering the device was fairly easy. Adjustments and Portugal modes were explained to us. It was satisfying experience overall.
