SuchitttDr puntambekar sir is very good in person as well as professionally. Appreciate him. On the other hand their hospital staff and admin department at GALAXY CARE hospital, karve road, pune is very pathetic in terms of money making. If you choose package for any operation/surgery, then please make it clear in writing that medicines and lab tests are included. because they admin and other staff members keep asking additional money. when we escalated the matter, then these guys changed their policy. So beware what they promise you. Else very good doctor with great skills.

Girish MandhaneThe Hospital is good for Surgery due to experience of Shailesh Puntambekar sir. But not good for specialised treatment like Cancers due to lack of experience in Medical oncology.

ashwin bhamareDr. Shailesh Puntambekar at Galaxy Care Hospital has the excellence in diagnosing the diseases and their cause. He first makes a patient feel comfortable and then explains the reason for that specific disease. His treatments are also excellent.

Uday NairDoctors are approachable and treat patient with respect. All steps were well informed and sufficient time provided to each patient. Icu and ot are well equipped and results were as expected. They are also honest about risk involved. There is scope of improvements in nursing staff which at times looks confused and less trained. Admin staff is surprisingly noisy considering a hospital should be silent. Rooms are clean and big. No issues there. Insurance process was also smooth. Over all satisfied
