I want to share this incident: I was at workshop to replace the Wipers-rubber, as per technician instruction( actually he was with me at counter.) I bought both (left/right)wipers-rubber and paid respective amount. Now when technician actually fitting it he understand one of the wiper short fall in length, I asked him to change it from the counter with the one which fits better….. I surprised with comment from counter person, he said now we can’t take it back u have to buy the whole wiper set …. I spoke to manager he also said same …. This really ridiculous ..

Work is quite satisfactory... staff is too occupied fr customers at times... busy work station... but people are good here... well behaved. Recommended then other hyudai work stations in pune.

Regular servicing place for my Santro. But the service technicians and management keep on changing. There were some bad experiences as well with some of the technician where in my silencer was damaged a bit due to negligence from the staff or technician. Few more to give examples. With the new service advisors and as I sensed active participation from Mr Jagger will help to gain confidence for other customers as well. Long way to go but.
