Talu SmileyThe customer service is absolutely extremely pathetically annoyingly HORRIBLE. They promise to send a service man in 2-4 hours and trust me 2-4 hours means that service man is not showing come at your front door AT ALL. Internet speed is good but customer service which is the most Important is non existent. I wish I could rate negative one for the customer service.

Gopal OjhaNever opt for Shengli Telecom if value your time and money. Apart from their pathetic speed, their customer service has reached a new low, they don’t respond to your calls, no refundable policy. So, you are basically stuck after paying.
