I need NOC urgently and you need 15 days for it, even after paying balance amount. I had paid all EMI in time , last EMI was paid 2yrs ago and only 400 was balance which I was not aware of for whatever reason you charged it. You could have remind me .Not able to login as well using Customer id and mobile , not able to reset password as well. Very poor experiance we are facing from Capital First team. We want to forclose my loan PL2470905. I have take home loan only for that we want to close my PL but no any one people is giving response immediately after going to office they will told we cannot close your loan between 25th of 5th of every month.
