Extra charge for soap, bedsheets & pillow cover was having stain marks. Bathroom & toilets was smelly and not cleaned... No hot water. While check in staff told us that towel will be delivered in morning as laundry comes in the morning, but in the morning different person was at reception and he completely denied for giving us the towels, no wonder we have to manage with our own stuff to dry ourselves. Completely disguising staff, stay at ur own risk.
