Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate for the time and support which I received from TVS Shelar Auto, Kothrud, While buying and completing all processes smoothly for my new buy TVS Jupiter. I book TVS Jupiter on 9th July and request delivery on 11th July 2017 as a birthday gift to my wife. As promised by Showroom Team, bike was ready on time for delivery without any excuse. Thanks for making our day special with timely service as promise. Moving forward as promised I was received Insurance, Warranty and bike related document within 1 week. Team was promise me for RTO number within 25 days which I was received today i.e almost after 30 days. As this was Pune RTO issue, defiantly there was nothing to do with Showroom so I would like to appreciate co-ordination and timely update provided by TVS team during delay with Registration, I sincerely appreciate team efforts and professionalism service provided by Ms. Shubhangi during complete purchase cycle. looking forward for same professional service during timely maintenance of bike. Thanks a Lot!! Keep Going!!
