    1. To change my Bank account and redeem my units I was advised by ICICI Prudential MF Customer Executive in Pune Branch, to first apply only for Bank account change and then visit the Branch again after 10 days to apply for redemption! I did both these transactions - bank account change and redemption application - with two other mutual funds yesterday itself and both Fund houses took all the documents and both sent me emails confirming both transactions. Surely both set of documents could have been taken and processed appropriately, by ICICI Prudential MF too, like the other Fund houses? And an email at least can be sent anyways? No email received from you. 2. AC not working in the office - pity the clients and the employees - in the peak of summer, in an office designed for central air conditioning!

    Request Submitted to update new mail ID and number at 5 May. TAT was 7days. Today is 17th May but still no update.
