Hi all, I bought a flat in this apartment scheme and got the possession last year. I think the construction quality is superb and the builder has delivered in terms of quality, but he took almost one and half years above the promised delivery date to give me the possession. Now he is launching the second phase of the scheme and I hope this time the builder, which is Shiv Parvati developers(and not Natu Paranjape!), will deliver on time. If you are a first time buyer, then I will suggest to go for this building because of the proximity to IT companies and IT hub like Magarpatta city and the proposed flyover over the railway line bridge just before the start of handewadi road, which will ease the traffic situation in the area.
