Arpit TiwariI joined this gym in 2016 for 3 months. This place is managed very well. Owner of this gym is very friendly and courteous lady. All instructors have good knowledge of all exercises for various body parts. Equipment are maintained well though some improvements in this area is required. This gym also offers various other alternative exercise and work out routines such as Yoga, Aerobics, Functional Training etc. One more thing is that this gym closes at 10 pm which is a bit early considering work shifts of many people in IT and call center industry,
