I heard lot of serious issues about his scheme like Kate Puram phase-II and phase-I. 1. Builder not formed co-operative housing society in phase-I to take benefit of land like FSI. After 8 years he formed society in phase-I. 2. In phase-II he formed Condominium and he has all rights reserved, in short all flat owners are slave. Flat owners can’t take any major decision without his consent. 3. He had not paid two years maintenance for his 50-60 flats. 4. Harassing the people when they go to builder for their work, like if some want to sell his flat he need to take NOC from builder. 5. Low building work quality. 6. Heard that Kate puram-II flat owners failed Civil case against builder 7. Lot more issues. First get feedback from residents about builder then think to invest. And buy flat where co-operative housing society is/will be formed Suggestion-if you want to make your life hell then go ahead
