Kolte Patil a well know organization in real estate development seems to not care about customers and their issues. Life Republic project is delayed beyond normal and they even do not have the courtesy to respond to calls nor mails nor meet customers who once were treated so well before booking the apartments. Can name individuals but that may not server our purpose because it seems this is driven by the owners, management. I would only appeal again to the management to resolve our issues before matters go to the consumer court.

Not at all educated team. Very Bad Company with only "Reputation" of what God Knows??? They are fake, cheats and indecent. Point to be noted, most of the above reviews are "Fake" shared by the fake people in the Management. Google should have a NO Star Policy especially for this company.
