I have been using snapbikes service for almost 2 years now. Staffs are very professional. I have been asking them for drop and pickup service as I am staying in hinjewadi(Too far). This time they really dropped and picked the bike. Good work guys. Keep it up.

Not happy with the service. Comparitively snap bikes charges more than other vendors and bikes are old and not well maintained. Charged for the scratches on helmet glass though they were existing since before my use. This is very unprofessional from snapbikes...got a call arguing with me for the review. What do you expect? That i would remove my comment? Learn to be humble with your customers you shall have many unhappy customers.

They provide some well maintained bikes. Compared to other places their bikes are in relatively better shape. Also the people there are very welcoming and even offer beverages to their customers. The staff is good and well behaved. The only issue is that the bike we rented had loose spokes in rear wheel, which they have not checked before handing it over to us.
