This is worst Security Agency we ever employed for Bramha Suncity in Pune. We are one of the largest Co-operative Housing Society in Pune with over 1100 flats. This agency provides around 70 to 80 security guards. We found most of them are untrained, sleeping in the day and night shifts and not alert on duty. In spite of producing the evidences of sleeping guards, not following security procedures etc this company never bothered to take corrective actions. Recently there are thefts every day in our society. They make the false claims such as the below in their website: “FORCE ONE GROUP takes care of your entire security problem. Proof of our high standard itself tells the quality of services we provide. We provide trained security staff right from Security Officer, Security Supervisor, Head Guard, and Security Guard & Armed Security Guard to our clients. We appoint field officers who regularly supervise the security staff and who are always available for the customer’s problem round the clock on their mobile phone. We are at services throughout the day and attend promptly to the needs and requirements of the customers. As for as rating is concerned, my rating is 2 out of 10.
