Wish I could give a zero, I called to book an appointment today and someone named Yang answered the call. He was talking as if he was drunk. He took objection because I had called them at 8:30 am, too early and before opening hours. He was rude even when I told that I was calling to book an appointment. He refused to give any slots that I was asking for. When asked for a manager he said he was the manager and will not transfer the call to anyone else.
