they totally spoiled the hair first. we went again and they did redo but in that process the hair length was trimmed to 50% and no refund was given for the mistake they did. this is totally unprofessional and not expected with such a big saloon... totally unsatisfied...

Long time customer. I booked my appointment on call for 6:30 PM....received my confirmation message....but when I reached store I was told after waiting for 10 min that it will take half an hour more so aap kuch kr lo mall m....so my problem is why the hell I will book my appointment.... so that I donot have to wait and in case there is some kind of delay u guys should inform me atleast....I hope u will look into the issue because people at store donot care....u wasted my time and mood....looking for some other salon now.

I did global hair colour from ENVI Amanora, and revisited the place for the root touch up. No value for Time as well as Money: Apointment was at 7:30pm and I waited for almost half an hr to get the consultant. Mismanagement: No colour shades was mentioned in system while doing global hair colour. They checked with the earlier consultant on call who did my global hair colour. No Stock available: When Mr. Akash confirmed the shades , there was no stock available with my shade. No trustworthy: This time they were charging me Rs 3000 for global hair colour for medium length hair colour when they already charged me Rs.5000 before 1 month ago. i.e. Rs.2000 more with the current value just becoz I was having heena coated hair. (Rs. 5000 is for INOA global hair colour for extra long hair) Also 1 thing to mention, I took a membership for ENVI by paying Rs. 500 extra, and when i went yo get my complimentry services done. The service they provided was rediculous. After a hair wash my hair looks so shaggy that I took hair wash again next day at home.

After going through the reviews, I went for a hair spa and asked for one with maximum massage time. After paying more than 2k, what I got was 3 min head massage and after making a hue and cry 5 min shoulder and forehead massage with almost 30min of steam in a spa room. No one bothered to ask if I was comfortable. Finally, I had to call my husband to tell Mr Akshay the hair spa expert to remove the steamer from my head. On complaining I was told that I should have taken cheaper spa which had more massage, whereas the manager guided just the opposite. Very bad experience. ☹️☹️

I wanted a new look for myself. But i was a little scared if the new look would suit me or not. So i went to Envi salon and told them what i thought for myself. The hair cutter explained me everything about the look i thought and considering the texture of my hair he suggested me not to go for bangs and get something else. Thank god i listened to him, the hair cut i have now is so beautiful, and I look different yet beautiful. Also it’s easy to maintain.
