We used Krishna TV Repair service for repairing our LG TV (42PM4700). We approached them after checking with the LG service who said the YSUS board is damaged (and that the power supply and other boards are okay). The repair was fine, and the TV is working. However, we have some concerns: The Krishna services misinformed us by saying that the power supply board is also damaged, which is why the YSUS burnt off. Since we had to urgently repair, we had to agree to his wishes and pay for a new YSUS board and a power supply board and also an adaptor, spending almost 10,500. After all this repair, we asked him to return the original boards with the repaired TV. However, he refused to give back these parts, which are worth 8000 in the market. So, in effect he has misinformed us, taking chance of the fact of our inexperience about these TV components and electrical/electronic systems.
