I have been visiting CCDs around India since 2007.. It was the best coffee chain for few years but quality has been declined in last couple of years.. The one here is worst.. Good place to sit and relax as usual ambience and sitting arrangement at CCDs but coffee here is not at all good.. Service is worst and people are so arrogant..! Useful Information & Ratings: Location is good (In SFC Mega Mall) Ask and confirm amount and order before they print the bill Ambience: 5/10 (No Music, No AC proper cooling) Service: 0/10 Food/Drinks Quality : 3/10 Value for Money : 2/10 Overall Ratings : 2/10
