Its very disgusting that such well known Spa also cheat on customers. Thought of having facial done in early hours when there is no waiting time required, but the lady over there cheated more than thousand bugs. While she did only O3 cleansing, she claimed that she had done O3 whitening and collected the money for the later. Could not fight much regarding that as the peak hours started and more people were around. Made me drop the idea of becoming a member there! On top of it the printed bill had my name as Lalitha Dixit. Not sure if she is cheating the Owner too.
