Quality of service has reached to the lowest possible point. Internet connection is often down (at least once in 2 days it is down). It used to be good in 2015. But from 2016 onwards it has started showing its colors. For past 5-6 months it has become pathetic. Never opt for this service provider.

Extremely poor customer service! Nobody bothers responding to billing issues raised with them and simply shut down the service one fine day! Stay away from them, if possible.

The service is so bad that unfortunately whenever I try working from home the internet is down and as soon as the internet is down all their contact numbers are busy. The worst service ever

The Speed is the worst issue of the company they should be removed takes more than 15 min to download 16.3mb file, have 30 MBPS plan and look at the speed great job of fooling people.......

Worst experience with this people. They are growing into a worst service provider in Thane and suburbs. I am discontinuing their service in the next renewal and shall take the same to the next society meeting to discontinue with them and choose some new one over these people. Pathetic costumer service. And phones always out of service.

I have used this broadband for 6 years. Very pathetic customer service. Downtime every 3 days and for about 1 to 3 hours minimum. I finally switched my isp but the Cable which I Paid for a month back (brand new they charged 500) they removed claiming it is their cable and they charge 2000 for cable after we disconnected. Very rude customer care and illiterate people running the call Center. Worst service. All phone lines always busy and no call backs ! Stay away from this iSP !!
