I was been given commitment of possession before Dec 2016 as per agreement but it delayed by May 2017. Very slow process and no updates or communication by builder. I am still awaiting for the possession. Please check at your end once before going for booking.

Builder does not share information with the buyers. I am one of the buyer in Cosmos Jewels Solitare A wing. At the time of purchase it was informed that the possession of the flat will be given by the end of May 2015. Later on they told it will be in Dec 2015. But now they are not committed on any date.
