Took the appointment one day prior and when i reached the masseur was not available. Receptionist told me he will come in 14 to 20 min and he reached after 1 hour. Masseur came in spa room on same cloths what he was wearing when he came from outside. When i asked him he said i give massage on same cloths only (he was wearing jeans, t-shirt and sports shoes) In spa never heard the song like badriki dulahniya and tamma tamma loge.... In spa room washrooms are shared within two rooms and i was getting the sound, someone was taking the bath in same bathroom which was connected to my spa room. There was no soap or hair shampoo in d washroom. Bad experience
