I recently started workout in this gym, this Gym is spacious, machines are in good condition. Trainers are good, currently im being trained by Sujeet and he is good at his job, so ill give 5 out 5 to trainer. Gym timings are perfect, it opens at sharp 6AM and close by 10PM, sufficient time for your daily workout. No different time slots for Men and Women which means you can work out any time as per your convenience. Gym also have open space at front, ideal for skipping and other activities. It also have Steam section but due to water shortage, its available only from Friday to Saturday that too for limited time i.e. in morning till 11AM and in evening from 5 to 9 PM. I havent used Steam section yet so not sure about it. Seperate changing rooms available for Men and Women with washroom facility. Air conditioned and cleaned floors. Overall 3 star for now, will post new review after some time, Thanks.
