He was responsible for lazik surgery of my sister. It was not at all complicated routine procedure but he messed up leading to big blood clot. On confrontation he said patient moved while operating. Is this a valid excuse of an expert? Even a child will know that if proper measures are not taken, a person can move during operation. Is it not obvious?
