I suggest in vasai go to Dr Dighe he is a surgeon inSPCA and one of the best in vasai. He is available only after 8pm. Rest are all money eating maggots playing with your pets life. It a big money making racket and Dr Dighe is one of the best. Dr Dighe is available at the side lane near NATURALS ICECREAM . Vasai west. He is not only reasonable but will tell you bluntly what is useful and what not. He will not give excuses or try to make money out of you. This is my personal experience of 16 years being a vasaikar. Dr Dighe is one of the best and once you meet him you will come to know why!!!
