Purchased Kent Grand + from this store. Got very hesitation during installation of purifier. Seller not contacted to kent for installation even after repeated discussion with snehaanjali. After 3 days from delivery of product I contacted Kent customer care personally then installation is done on next day. Virar west Snehaanjali is better than this store. Very bad customer service.

Purchased a refrigerator and the delivery executive stood at the door asking for the money to deliver it. Very adamant and we faced humiliated because we were not present at the time of the delivery and one of our neighbor paid it which was not informed to us at all.
